How PicklePark handles player data.

This policy explains the information PicklePark collects and uses to run bookings, wallet credits, tournaments, check-ins, and facility operations.

Information we collect

PicklePark collects account details such as name, email address, profile details, and login information.

The platform also stores booking details, wallet credit activity, manual and online top-up records, provider payment and refund references, tournament entries, organizer requests, check-in activity, and messages needed for facility operations.

With the renter's consent, authorized venue staff may take or upload photographs showing rented equipment and the renter to document equipment handoff and condition.

How we use information

We use information to operate player accounts, reserve courts, manage wallet credits, process top-ups, run tournament workflows, send emails, and support facility staff.

We may also use operational records to prevent abuse, investigate support issues, improve the service, and maintain accurate booking and payment history.

Rental photographs are used only for internal equipment accountability, condition review, and rental dispute handling.

Service providers

PicklePark uses service providers to run the platform, including online payment processing, account management, file storage, messaging, and infrastructure providers.

The app may also use external email and hosting services to keep the service running.

Sharing and disclosure

Player booking details may be visible to authorized PicklePark staff so they can verify reservations and operate the venue.

Rental photographs are restricted to authorized staff with POS access and are not included in printed or exported shift reports.

Manual top-up receipt images are stored privately and accessed only by the submitting player and authorized PicklePark staff through time-limited links.

We do not sell player personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect the platform, or to resolve operational disputes.

Retention and security

PicklePark keeps records for as long as needed for booking history, wallet accounting, facility operations, dispute handling, and legal or compliance needs.

Rental photograph files are retained for up to 90 days, then securely deleted. Non-image audit metadata may remain with the POS receipt to document that evidence existed and when it expired or was removed.

We use access controls and service-provider security features to protect information, but no online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices and rights

You may contact PicklePark to request help with your account information, access concerns, correction requests, or deletion questions.

Privacy requests can be sent to the facility email listed below. Some records may need to be retained when they are required for accounting, dispute resolution, security, or legal reasons.
